Shanghai Student Leadership Conference
Last February the Head GIrl and Head Boy from Dulwich International High School Zhuhai took part in the Dulwich College International Student Leadership Conference in Shanghai. Here's what they had to say:
The leadership conference was a phenomenal experience for us. Before the conference, we had unclear ideas on how to communicate with peers and hold meetings. We were also able to bond with the head students from other Dulwich College International schools, and we’re confident that these relationships could result in more excellence in the future. We were honored to meet David Wei, the former CEO of Alibaba. He patiently answered our questions and lectured on how to be a leader and the characteristics of a leader,. But the most memorable part of his speech was his comment that everyone has their own role in society and that fighting for leadership will only reduce the productivity of the team. Overall, the conference was really enjoyable, and we would encourage future generations of head students to participate.
